Project Part 2. REVEAL.

My huge project is finally finished! LOVE how it turned out. This set is huge, 8 chairs and a removable leaf. Not to mention it's heavy, solid, chunky wood. I love all the detail in this table! Check my post just below for more of it's description in Part 1 :)
 Top of table painted a chocolate brown, called Bison Brown in Behr. Chairs and base of table are Navajo white also in Behr. This project took me nearly 2 weeks! Distressing chairs definitely were the biggest project. I'm super particular in my distressing! I had to grab all the detail. My client brought me the fabric she picked out on the chairs and I went to town recovering those, definitely with the help of my hubbs. I always need him for a few things! {Love his handy skills}. I'm just glad this table is done, and glad to have another happy client!

My latest HUGE project. Part 1.

Here's the before picture of my Table Revamp. I bought this huge chunky antique table, hoping to refinish it and put it in my house. Once I got it home though, there was no way it'd be fitting in my kitchen! So I just listed and sold it to a client who wanted a custom refinish job as well. Loved that since I got to still refinish the table :) It's huge! 8 Chairs, and a leaf and just solid heavy wood. You don't come by many of these tables! With all the detail in the legs and chairs, it was definitely going to be amazing!

{{Black and Beautiful}}

Picked up a few of these lovely french end tables, custom refinished for a good friend :)

 Black and Beautiful! Here they're pictured with their original hardware, which were pretty vintage.

We changed up the vintage knobs and added some chunky clear glass knobs from good ol' Hobby Lobby. They definitely prettied them up a ton!! Love how these turned out!

Vintage Rocker Refurb'd

Remember this little gem?? I picked up this vintage rocker off Craigslist for $10, wanting to spice it up for my little girl. Well I finally got some pics snapped of the final product...I had my boys sand it all down and unscrew the seat getting it prepped for paint. I used a Behr paint primer combo, in a sea blue color..not too bright. After a couple coats, distressed it where I wanted it. Grabbed me some Chevron fabric from good ol' Hobby Lobby. Stapled that right over the old cover. Screw it back on. Done! Simple & Easy Refurb. And my little girl LOVES her new chair!

I think she likes it :)

All finished!

Custom Order: Farmhouse Kitchen Table+ Chairs Revamp.

 I put my husbands handy skills to work on this Farmhouse Table. It was built for a client as a custom order. She picked the size and paint color then we went to work :) After the hubbs built it {WITH Removable legs might I add} he stained the top in a BLACK GLOSS Minwax stain. After that, we taped it off, and painted the base and legs Navajo White By Behr. Then to dirty it up a bit, I threw on some Antiquing glaze all over..wiping more in areas than others to give it a good rustic look. The table is huge! 6'x4' and could not be more solid.

Next she brought me these BEAUTIFUL chairs she bought off craigslist :) They definitely were rickity/ old/ and not in good shape at all! So I definitely fixed that and gave them a facelift.

Chairs After! Painted Navajo White Behr Paint/Primer Duo, Distressed all over, then recovered with this super trendy Red Chevron :) The chairs look AMAZING under that table!! Even my little boys were saying, these chairs look so much better mom, they don't look crappy anymore. haha, they're definitely right :)

Turned out awesome and I'm excited for her new dining set!
